Terms of Service

Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password safe.
• You're responsible for everything done through your account.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

Acceptable use

• You must own, or have the rights to, all content you upload or post through Cue.
• You must follow the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, Meta's Terms of Service, Facebook Community Standards and Pages Terms, the Threads Terms of Use, TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy, and the X Terms of Service and X Rules.
• By using Cue's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• No spam, illegal content, harassment, or attempts to break, overload or misuse Cue.

Subscriptions

Cue is offered on paid plans billed in advance each billing period. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.

Free trial

New accounts may get a free trial. When it ends, you need a paid plan to keep using paid features. We may change or end trial offers at any time.

Billing and cancellation

You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or where we decide to issue one at our discretion.

Plan limits

Each plan has limits, such as connected accounts, AI credits, storage and monthly X posts. If you reach a limit you may need to upgrade. Posts already scheduled are not affected by limits.

Service availability

Posting depends on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok and X. TikTok and X limit how many posts each account can make per day; when that limit is reached Cue waits and posts later. If their services are down, change, or reject a post, publishing may be delayed or fail. We aim for reliability but don't guarantee Cue will always be available or error-free.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Limitation of liability

Cue is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, The AI Edge Network is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost content, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of State of New York, USA.
